"Today I closed my account due to horrible customer service. The Metrostyle website was malfunctioning last week so when I called to request an invoice via email, so that I could return items, I was advised that customer service did not have that capability. Poor digital options is bad customer service in itself, so I requested a supervisor and was transferred to Faye. When I called her out on lying to me about sending the email, she became belligerent and hung up on me. Thankfully, when I called back, I was connected with Sasaan, a real manager who took care of my issue. Although Sasaan presented herself in a professional manner, I decided to close my account because of Faye. I also encountered an ignorant and rude representative today but I did not get his name. It is a relief that I will not be doing business with this company because I won't have to interact with representatives with low social skills."
